RECRUITING is all about looking ahead, and sometimes that can be a long way into the future.

This week AFL.com.au's Road to the Draft podcast does just that, as we take a look at the bottom-aged players to shine during this year's NAB AFL Under-18 Championships.

That is, the prospects who are not eligible for the draft until the 2015 intake.
