Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Membership Operations Manager in delivering  annual Membership campaigns and when required with projects or daily responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails where necessary
  • Develop strong external relationships with mail house, ticketing agents, AFL Shared Services and other key stakeholders
  • Assisting with the annual bid of Archtics – product build, seating maps
  • Overseeing the Membership stock inventory
  • Delivery of Match Day operations – marquee setup, ticketing requirements, staff briefing
  • Primary point of contact for management of Qcue System
  • Produce a pricing strategy that is affordable for patrons but also maximizes revenue opportunities including member upgrade and sampling programs
  • Communications plan for retail ticketing sales
  • Interstate ticketing – inventory build, communication to members and processing of sales
  • Internal and Match Day ticketing requirements – including overseeing the process of Social Club Guest passes
  • Membership collateral – application forms, renewals, stationary, brochure and/or website
  • Finals and Grand Final Ticketing

Competencies/Experience:

  • 2 years demonstrated Sales experience in either Telemarketing, Health Club or Sporting Membership sales
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programmes 
  • Proven track record in customer service related role and ability to resolve conflict
  • Previous experience with Archtics an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly self-motivated – able to work autonomously and in a team environment
