GREATER WESTERN SYDNEY v GEELONG

Hot: Devon Smith was the Giants' best player last week with 35.1 points – the 11th-best game ever recorded (2010 to now). Cat Josh Caddy has climbed the overall standings from 240th to 111th this season.  

Not: Giant Adam Treloar has averaged just 9.6 points in the last four rounds - a drop of 30 per cent on his average before this period. Veteran Cat Jimmy Bartel has averaged just 10.4 points in three games against the Giants - his worst against any club. 

ADELAIDE v GOLD COAST

Hot: Crows captain Taylor Walker has averaged 15.5 points per game against Gold Coast - his best output against any club. Rising Sun Touk Miller has scored 59.1 points in the past month - ranked 18th in the competition.  

Not: Eddie Betts sits fourth overall at the club but was the club's lowest-scoring player last weekend with just six of his 14 disposals effective. Jarrod Harbrow currently sits at 172nd overall - his lowest position in the last two seasons. 

RICHMOND v FREMANTLE

Hot: Young Tiger Anthony Miles has climbed the overall standings from 418th to 207th this season. Fremantle captain Matthew Pavlich has averaged 15.9 points per game against Richmond - his best against any club.  

Not: Dustin Martin has averaged 8.9 points in the last four rounds - a drop of 37 per cent on his average before this period. Stephen Hill currently sits at 59th overall - down from 21st at the start of the season.

ESSENDON v PORT ADELAIDE

Hot: Star Bomber Dyson Heppell has climbed the overall standings from 42nd to 29th in the last month. Chad Wingard was Port Adelaide's best player last week with 22.4 points - ranked first on the ground.  

Not: Veteran Brendon Goddard currently sits at 49th overall - down from 26th at the start of the season. Power recruit Patrick Ryder has averaged just 10.0 points this season - a drop of 23 per cent on last year. 

BRISBANE LIONS v NORTH MELBOURNE

Hot: Dayne Beams has been the Lions' highest-scoring player this season with 214.8 points - ranked 14th in the competition. Veteran Jarrad Waite was North Melbourne's top-scoring player last time the teams met with seven goals and two assists totaling 26.8 points.  

Not: Stefan Martin has averaged just 5.9 points against North Melbourne - his worst against any club. Defender Scott Thompson currently sits at 160th overall - down from 98th at the start of the season. 

WESTERN BULLDOGS v COLLINGWOOD

Hot: Marcus Bontempelli has climbed the overall standings from 183rd to 107th in the last month. Scott Pendlebury has held the number one position overall since round four this season despite a strong challenge from Nat Fyfe.  

Not: Tory Dickson has averaged 8.9 points in the last four rounds - a drop of 29 per cent on his average before this period. Dane Swan has averaged 9.5 points in the last four rounds - a drop of 30 per cent on his previous average. 

MELBOURNE v ST KILDA

Hot: Max Gawn has been Melbourne's top-scoring player in the last month with 12.7 points per game - ranked 62nd in the competition. Billy Longer has climbed the overall standings from 357th to 288th in the last month.  

Not: Heritier Lumumba sits fifth overall at the club but was the club's fourth-lowest scoring player last weekend. Sam Fisher has averaged 7.4 points in the last four rounds - a drop of 30 per cent on his average before this period. 

WEST COAST v SYDNEY SWANS

Hot: Skipper Shannon Hurn was the Eagles' best player last week with 19.9 points - ranked first on the ground. Josh Kennedy has been the Swans' highest-scoring player this season with 210 points - ranked 16th in the competition.  

Not: Luke Shuey has averaged just 7.9 points against the Swans - his worst against any club. Lance Franklin has averaged just 11.9 points this season - a drop of 31 per cent on last year.
