COLLINGWOOD and Essendon will head into their Anzac Day blockbuster with unchanged line-ups as both teams bid to stay in touch with the top eight.

Collingwood's starting bench will consist of Adam Treloar, Tom Langdon, Jaidyn Stephenson and Mason Cox, Essendon's of David Zaharakis, Josh Begley, Matt Guelfi and Adam Saad. 

Both teams sit at 2-2 entering Wednesday's game at the MCG, with Collingwood 12th on the ladder and the Bombers 13th.

If the Magpies win, they will likely climb into the top eight given their healthy percentage of 106.7.

The Bombers might fall just outside the top eight if they claim the four premiership points, but they will draw level with fourth-placed North Melbourne on three wins.

A crowd in excess of 90,000 is expected at the MCG, while Melbourne has turned on a pleasant Autumn day for the occasion.
