IN-FORM Port Adelaide defender Tom Jonas and midfielder Chad Wingard didn't train with the main group at the Power's training session at Alberton Oval on Tuesday morning.

Jonas walked laps, while Wingard was running short sprints with the rehab group (alongside injured defender Trent McKenzie).

The Power expects Jonas and Wingard to be available for Saturday's clash with Carlton at the MCG.

WATTS UP? What Jack has to do to get back in favour

Jonas missed the round 13 win against the Western Bulldogs with a hamstring injury, but was superb in his return game.

The 27-year-old had 20 disposals and 11 marks in the Power's thrilling 10-point victory over Melbourne at Adelaide Oval last Friday night.

That performance earnt Jonas nine votes in the AFL coaches' votes, sharing best-on-ground honours with Demons co-captain Jack Viney.

Wingard sustained a hamstring injury in the round six win against North Melbourne, forcing him to miss one week.

Defender Riley Bonner and forward Todd Marshall both trained with the main group after copping knocks against the Demons, while Matthew Broadbent looks set to play in the SANFL this weekend for what would be his first game of the year after ankle surgery.
