The Gold Coast Football Club (GCFC) is on the journey to become the most exciting football club in Australia. In 2011, we made our debut in the AFL and brought the excitement of live AFL football and a brand new state-of-the-art stadium experience to the Gold Coast Community. To ensure continued success, we are looking for a sales superstar to develop and deliver our corporate sales strategy and products whilst building strong relationships with our Corporate Partners. 

Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager you will be required to drive corporate sales by engaging existing corporate partners and identifying new opportunities. Your network of contacts on the Gold Coast will put you in a position to develop a sales strategy and engage new prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong personal brand which personifies the Gold Coast SUNS values of bold, fresh, relentless, dependable and community
  • Qualifications in Business Management or similar
  • Proven success in managing and securing Corporate Accounts
  • Outstanding personal appearance and proposal presentation skills
  • High levels of energy, drive, self confidence and business acumen
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong awareness of self and differences in others
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels, skills and education
  • A commitment to personal learning and development
  • Experience within the sports industry, entertainment venue or amusement park (highly desirable).
