We are seeking to appoint a talented and dedicated Marketing and Ticketing Manager to our team at The Brisbane Lions A.F.C.

Reporting to the General Manager, Consumer Business, the Marketing and Ticketing Manager will be responsible for managing our marketing program for the Brisbane Lions A.F.C. as well as our social club, LIONS@springwood. This position will be a vital player in delivering and realising the strategic direction of our Club.

As the Brisbane Lions brand champion, you will be required to develop and manage strategies to engage and build strong consumer support for the Lions. Growing our brand awareness, you will increase our fan and membership base, both in terms of Football memberships and LIONS@springwood memberships. You will work closely with the creative agency to activate annual campaigns to achieve retention and acquisition targets, and to deliver activity that drives ticket and corporate hospitality sales. As the Marketing team leader, you will have direct line management and development responsibility for a team of three.

This diverse and exciting role requires a strong leader, who is highly organised and is an excellent communicator who has the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Previous experience in a marketing management role, particularly in brand management and membership marketing in the sporting industry is essential, as is a sound knowledge of ticket sales campaigns. Knowledge of AFL marketing, the SEQ sports market and Registered Clubs industry is desirable. You must be tertiary qualified.

A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate. General business hours will be from   8:30am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri; however match day participation will be required.
