The Match Committee confirmed today that there will be two changes for this Sunday’s game against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium.

The initial squad of 25 players, with seven players listed as ‘interchange to be selected from’ was trimmed to the 4 interchange players and 3 emergencies on Friday afternoon.

Lachie Henderson, Ryan Houlihan and Aaron Joseph have been named as the emergencies for Sunday’s match. The interchange bench named and submitted to the AFL on Friday afternoon is Dennis Armfield, David Ellard, Mitch Robinson and Jordan Russell.

The two players that have come into the side from last week’s team that defeated Melbourne at the MCG on Friday night are Ed Curnow and Zac Tuohy. Jeremy Laidler is out of the side with an injured knee while Brock McLean will play for the Northern Bullants against Collingwood at Victoria Park on Saturday afternoon.

Laidler is travelling to Adelaide for the game and he will be one of the special guests at the Carlton pre-match function at the Lakes Resort on Sunday prior to the game.
