Two of the Suns' biggest stars have been added to the list this week with co-captain Lynch out for the season and Ablett to miss at least one week with a hamstring issue. On the positive side, Lyons and Swallow return to bolster a decimated midfield. Riewoldt will miss the crunch clash against the Dees after failing to recover from concussion. Armitage won't play again this season after he ran out of time in his recovery from two bouts of groin surgery. There's no timeline on McCartin to return while Wright is out for the year with a syndesmosis injury. Freeman's own syndesmosis concern and Sandringham's ladder position (11th) means he is unlikely to play again in 2017. Long copped a one-game ban in the VFL but with Sandringham having the bye at the weekend, he is unavailable for two weeks at AFL level.Dinny Navaratnam
