MELBOURNE coach Dean Bailey would have spent much of his quarter-time address urging his team to keep dictating terms to Fremantle.

The signs looked good when the Demons won the first centre clearance of the second quarter and the ball headed Jack Watts' way.

With close attention from Paul Duffield, Watts stuck out a mitt and marked the ball one-handed.

On a tough angle he casually snapped the ball over his shoulder for an impressive goal.
