Ladder is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach to provide services at Foyer Warrnambool run by Brophy Child, Youth and Family Services. 

Ladder provides a range of development and mentoring programs to young people at risk of homelessness across Australia. Ladder is the official charity of the AFL Players and the AFL. 

Foyer Warrnambool accommodates young people while they continue with their education, employment and training activities, and they build the skills they need to live independently. 

This position will run group health and wellbeing programs, as well as link young people to community sport and recreation opportunities in the community.  

Key selection criteria for this position include:

  • The capacity to coach and develop young people by building on their unique strengths and talents
  • Knowledge of, and access to key community sport and recreation networks, clubs and other affiliations
  • An ability to work effectively with young people, especially those seeking to re-engage with key educational and community supports and resources
