The AFL has advised that tickets to this Friday’s round 24 match between Collingwood and Geelong, to be played at the MCG on Friday September 2, are selling strongly on a demand basis.

Less than 3,000 reserved seats remain on sale in the public section of the ground while there is no reserved seating available to AFL members. Standing room positions will go on sale at 11am on Thursday September 1 while the MCC advises that a limited number of visitor tickets are still available for purchase through Ticketek.

All fans are encouraged to buy a ticket in advance of the game to avoid disappointment, and the AFL and the MCC are advising all fans to allow plenty of time to arrive at the stadium and to take public transport where possible.

Tickets are on sale through Ticketek on 132 849, at any Ticketek agency or online at ticketek.com.au. AFL and Public gates will open at 5.30pm and the MCC Members Reserve will open at 5pm.
