Early prognosis

Howe hurt his left ankle in the preliminary final win over Richmond but scans cleared him of damage and he appears certain to take his place in the Grand Final against West Coast. Even if Moore is passed fit he is unlikely to be selected after seven weeks on the sidelines, but the key defender could come under consideration to take on the Eagles’ tall forwards. ElliottScharenbergDunnWellsBroomhead and Sam Murray won't play again this season. The club continues to monitor Kirby's heart issue. - Ben Collins
