AFL SportsReady is a leading provider of Australian Apprenticeships to the Sport and Recreation industries we service.
The position involves successfully selling and supporting Education and Employment services to businesses predominantly within the corporate sector, Education Industry, Horticulture and Sport and Recreation sector.
Key qualities / selection criteria;
• Minimum 2 years experience within Group Training Industry
• strong negotiation and influencing skills
• strong understanding of the VET System
• key business development skills to liaise with Key stakeholders
• comprehensive and working knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements to the employment of Australian Apprentices
• demonstrated understanding of the Group Training National Standards
• high level nurturing and mentoring skills
As the successful candidate, you will have a passion to drive current and existing business opportunities within this region.
This position reports to the Regional and State Managers. The location of this role will be at the AFL SportsReady National office in Abbotsford (Victoria Park), Melbourne.
