MELBOURNE has sensationally dropped veteran Bernie Vince for Sunday's clash against St Kilda.
Debutant Harrison Petty and Sam Weideman have been included in the Demons' side at the expense of Vince and forward Tim Smith.
Vince is averaging just 16.4 disposals a game this season, his lowest since 2007 when he played just six games for Adelaide in his second year.

Demons football boss Josh Mahoney insisted the 32-year-old is capable of reclaiming his spot.
"Bernie remains an important player for our football club," Mahoney told the club's website.
"He knows his form hasn’t been at its best, but we expect him to go back, play well and find his way back into the team.
"We’re confident Bernie can return to the required level and have an impact for us for the rest of the season."
The Saints have also made two changes with captain Jarryn Geary back from a calf injury and 19-year-old Irishman Darragh Joyce to make his debut.
Logan Austin and Jimmy Webster have been omitted.
Essendon forward Travis Colyer will play his first senior game of the season against North Melbourne on Sunday.
He's one of two inclusions for the Bombers along with Patrick Ambrose who last played seniors in round 10.
Colyer missed the first half of the season with a foot injury.
Josh Green has been omitted, while Mason Redman might not play again this year due to an ankle injury.
Ben Jacobs makes a welcome return from his delayed onset concussion for North, while Ryan Clarke returns.
Paul Ahern has been dropped and Billy Hartung is out with a hamstring injury.
The Lions welcome back Mitch Robinson, Daniel McStay and Jake Barrett for their clash with Fremantle at Optus Stadium on Sunday.
Michael Waters and Alex Pearce return for the Dockers with Conor Blakely (knee) and Ryan Nyhuis (omitted) making way.
Walters returns from a one-week ban for a stomach punch while Pearce has recovered from a thumb injury.
