AFTER pumping out season high scores last week, The Traders were certainly on cloud nine. But when we saw that Tom Rockliff (MID, $489,000) had scored 184 after holding him for three weeks, we were buzzing at a level never seen before.

Roy led the way with his best score for the year with 2334, just ahead of Calvin’s 2304. After a long week on the training track, Warnie rallied his troopers for 2272, as he sets himself for the bye rounds that are quickly approaching.

Over the three bye rounds which start in round 13, only your best 18 scores from players on the field will count towards your total.

Although your trades shouldn’t be dictated by this, it’s worth double checking that your bye structure is relatively even across the three rounds.

However, after team selections tonight, your trades might be determined by the amount of players you actually have taking the field heading into round 12.

Nick Riewoldt (FWD, $579,000) is listed as a "50/50" chance of playing and the No. 1 ruckman in the competition, Todd Goldstein (RUC, $548,000) isn’t a certain starter after being a late withdrawal last week.

During the week, new dual position players were released. Of those, Isaac Smith (FWD/MID, $458,000) and Pearce Hanley (DEF/MID, $428,000) might prove to be the most popular after gaining an extra position along with Collingwood’s Josh Smith (DEF/MID, $308,000).

Smith can now be shuffled back into defence which will be a luxury option for the 22 per cent of coaches who own him, especially over the bye rounds.

Over 13,500 coaches have scrambled to get Rockliff back into their teams this week and to make him their captain against the Dockers on Saturday afternoon. He's scored 154 and 172 against Fremantle in his last two games and should offer instant reward for all.

Sam Collins (DEF, $194,000) and Jarrad Jansen (MID, $148,000) are also popular selections coming off scores of 97 and 80 respectively.

Essendon’s Will Hams (FWD, $173,000) had 75 in his first game for the year and with a downgrade target in all main positions, for the first time in a long time, there are options for everyone.
