 A fantastic career opportunity is available as the club is seeking to appoint a dynamic and selfless Membership Operations and Servicing Assistant to join the membership team in servicing its current membership base of over 70,000 members.

 Reporting to the Membership Operations and Servicing Manager, the Membership Operations and Servicing Assistant will be primarily responsible for;

  • Inbound and outbound communication with members
  • Database administration and membership processing
  • Exercising membership sales techniques
  • General membership administration duties
  • Match-day preparation and operations

 Our ideal candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, experience with large databases, ability to manage multiple tasks and proven leadership skills. You will also possess strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.

 This is a full time position that will require some weekend work and interstate travel. For the right candidate, we offer a competitive salary package, negotiable depending on experience.
