COLLINGWOOD'S Marley Williams has been charged with assault after an incident at a nightclub in Western Australia on Wednesday night.

The Pies confirmed the 19-year-old was involved in an incident in Albany, 400km south of Perth.

Williams is reportedly accused of breaking another man's jaw following an argument inside the venue.

"The man's jaw was broken in two places and he was taken to Albany Hospital before being taken to Perth on a Royal Flying Doctor Service flight for treatment at Royal Perth Hospital," The West Australian reported.

Williams will face court next month with Collingwood saying it will make no further comment.

Williams played six games in his debut year after being taken at pick No.36 in the 2012 NAB AFL Rookie Draft.
