The League distributed the list of restricted and unrestricted free agents to all clubs on Friday, with 67 players currently eligible to move at the end of the season under the scheme.
There are 16 restricted free agents on a list similar to that compiled by AFL.com.au in early February.
Nick Dal Santo (St Kilda), Nick Malceski (Sydney Swans), Graham Johncock (Adelaide), Dylan Addison (Western Bulldogs), Tom Logan (PortAdelaide) and Matt Thomas (Port Adelaide) are additions.
It is a mouthwatering list of players but it remains questionable how many would actually entertain a move, particularly from leading clubs Hawthorn and West Coast.
While LeCras is a restricted free agent, meaning the Eagles have the right to match any offer from rival clubs, Dean Cox, Darren Glass, Beau Waters, Andrew Embley, Mark Nicoski and Adam Selwood are all unrestricted.
Likewise at Hawthorn, Franklin is a restricted free agent, but Luke Hodge, Sam Mitchell, Michael Osborne, Max Bailey, Xavier Ellis and Brent Guerra are all unrestricted.
Franklin's decision to delay contract talks until the end of the season has been one of the stories of the summer and it will continue to loom over the superstar forward.
Collingwood midfielder Dale Thomas, who is a restricted free agent, has also delayed contract talks until he recovers from ankle surgery.
Complicating free agency is a scenario where players are coming out of contract but have performance clauses in their deals that would trigger an extra season when met.
AFL.com.au understands there are a number of players on this year's list that have such clauses in their contracts, as Kangaroos defender Michael Firrito did in 2012.
Other big names on the official restricted list are Scott Thompson (Adelaide) Nick Maxwell (Collingwood), Eddie Betts (Carlton), Jobe Watson (Essendon) and Adam Cooney (Western Bulldogs).
High-profile unrestricted free agents include Simon Black and Jonathan Brown (Brisbane Lions), Alan Didak (Collingwood), Paul Chapman, Joel Corey and Corey Enright (Geelong), Brent Harvey and Drew Petrie (North Melbourne) andLenny Hayes (St Kilda).
Sydney Swans champion Adam Goodes and Carlton midfielder Andrew Carrazzo are on the list but have recently re-signed with their clubs.
