Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be required to grow and develop our Corporate Hospitality business through developing relationships with an existing list of Corporate Clients and by prospecting and converting new sales opportunities.  The Corporate Sales Executive will have the confidence and drive to hunt for new business opportunities whilst being proactive in chasing leads and referrals. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing relationships with current corporate clients to increase sales revenue and grow the partnership.
  2. Implement a strategic renewal program for assigned existing customers.
  3. Conduct regular prospecting sessions to develop a robust pipeline of new business leads.
  4. Obtain new business sales targets as agreed with the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
  5. Working with the wider Sales team to implement promotional programs.
  6. Host current clients at Club events including match days.
  7. Deliver a consistently high level of service in order to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in business development and sales account management within a B2B sales environment.  Your ability to establish strong working relationships together with your credibility to build rapport and gain trust with people at all levels is paramount to your success in this position.  You will possess the flair and motivation to open new doors and pursue profitable business opportunities.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for securing this challenging and rewarding position. Exposure to the Brisbane corporate market is highly advantageous.

A competitive salary package is on offer for the successful candidate.  Due to the nature of the industry, the ideal candidate must be flexible in their availability as odd hours, and some weekend work will be required for this role, such as working at home games.
