We are seeking a highly organised and proactive person to fulfil the role of Membership Services Operator. This role will play a vital operational customer/membership service role in providing the first point of contact for West Coast Eagles members and fans through the Membership Services Centre (MSC) and operational support for membership, fan development and merchandise initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

The Membership Services Operator will be responsible for these key areas within the department: 

  • Customer Service & Member Satisfaction: 
    • Provide outstanding customer service to both members and fans as a key role within MSC to ensure outstanding membership satisfaction scores are maintained and developed. 
    • Undertake the role of first point of face-to-face, telephone and/or electronic contact. 
    • Assist with outbound call campaigns to obtain member contact information, and other member engagement initiatives, as required. 
  • Administration duties including coordination of filing, document archiving, stationery and supplies; managing department mail and email; and assisting with Raffle processing, in-house membership fulfilment, mailing and stock control. 
  • Assisting with Member & Fan Engagement initiatives, engage non-members to sell supporter memberships, assist with membership delivery, and promote the member seat resale program. 

The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including databases and the MS Office suite of programs. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or retail position is essential. 

There is a requirement for all full time staff to assist on match days and other events as required by the club, which includes weekends. The remuneration and benefits provided factor in this requirement.
