KANE Mitchell’s up-and-down career with Port Adelaide has continued, with the midfielder delisted by the Power.
However, Port hopes to pick him up again at this year’s NAB AFL Rookie Draft on November 27.

Mitchell, 25, was taken by Port in the 2013 rookie draft and has played 31 games, including eight in 2015 after making his debut in round one, 2013.

After two years as a rookie, he was elevated to the senior list for the 2015 season.
However, he will now be placed on Port’s rookie list again, unless he decides to join a rival club.
"We're hopeful of re-selecting Kane as a rookie if he is not selected by another team prior to our selections in the rookie draft," the Power's football manager Chris Davies said.

"We believe our list is in good shape and hope to further strengthen it in the national and rookie drafts."
The hard-working midfielder's best season came in 2013, when he played 13 games.

He made 10 appearances for the Power in their brilliant season in 2014, but struggled for continuity this year, averaging 15 disposals at senior level.

Port will enter next month's NAB AFL Draft with five selections, with its first coming at pick No.32 after it traded out its No.10 pick as part of the deal to attain forward Charlie Dixon.
