AFL SportsReady currently has an exciting position available for someone wanting to pursue a career in the Marketing/Business industry.
The successful applicant will be legally employed by AFL SportsReady, but will work on-site with Essendon Football Club and receive an accredited Business qualification (on successful completion).

Reporting to the Head of Membership, the purpose of this role will be to support the development of the Essendon Football Club as part of their marketing team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides prompt, courteous, accurate and effective service to customers.
- Answers all calls that come through the switch in a timely manner
- Answers calls in professional tone and delivers club messages accurately
- Sorts and distributes all incoming mailing and prepares all outgoing mail each business day
- Responds and actions emails through the general enquiries and membership inbox
- Liaises with and provides support to the Club’s various supporter groups including:
- Cheersquad
- Jarmy ArmY
- Interstate/regional supporters
- Assists Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Membership and Head of Marketing in ad-hoc administrative tasks

SALARY
The successful candidate will receive:
- National Training Wage Award ($19,000 - $25,000) + 9.5% Superannuation
- Fully funded qualification
