BROWNLOW medallist Patrick Dangerfield headlines a star-studded line-up on the NAB AFL Draft Countdown Show.

Streamed live on AFL.com.au on draft day, November 25, the show will be co-hosted by Matt Thompson and Nat Edwards with expert draft analysis from Callum Twomey.

Dangerfield is the fourth panellist and is a keen observer of the draft.

The Geelong superstar addressed the NAB AFL Academy players earlier this year, and has also been keeping a close eye on several Geelong Falcons prospects.

"I've always been interested in the draft," Dangerfield told AFL.com.au.

"I find the notion of building lists and picking players is really quite interesting.

"The reality is the next stars of the game will be picked next week and it's pretty exciting and interesting to try and pick who those players will be.

"I take an interest in the Geelong players. Alex Witherden obviously broke his leg at the start of the season but promises to be a really good player. Hugh McCluggage came down to Geelong but was unable to train due to injury so I've followed their progress throughout the year.

"Obviously Hugh is a highly rated junior and it'll be interesting to see whether he's the No.1 pick, or whether it will go to someone else."

Essendon coach John Worsfold will join the panel to discuss all the machinations behind selecting the No.1 draft pick.

Other guests include GWS football manager Wayne Campbell and Brisbane Lions list manager Peter Schwab.

Draft hopefuls Tim Taranto, Oliver Florent and Griffin Logue will also talk about their years as they prepare for what will be a life-changing night.

The Draft Countdown Show will be streamed LIVE from Novotel Sydney Central at 3pm AEDT and runs for two hours.

The 2016 NAB AFL Draft will take place later that evening at Hordern Pavillion.
