IS IT time to clear up the 'deliberate out of bounds' rule?

In the video above, AFL.com.au reporters Nat Edwards and Peter Ryan debate whether the time has come to bring in the 'last touch' rule.

Now, we want your views.

Is the current rule broken, as evidenced by a handful of contentious decisions? Or is more time required to let players and umpires adjust?

Over in South Australia, the SANFL has had success with a 'last possession' rule, penalising players for kicking or handballing out of bounds. Is this rule the way forward? Or is an even simpler 'last touch' rule the solution?
