THIS SUNDAY afternoon, Fremantle and West Coast will face off in what is likely to be the last Western Derby to be held at Domain Stadium.

The Subiaco deck has been a happy hunting ground for Fantasy coaches and we have seen some cracking scores over the years.

Domain Stadium ranks third out of 17 grounds on the list of highest-averaging AFL venues, behind University of Tasmania Stadium and the SCG, for the last three seasons.

In the first Derby of the year in round six, Elliot Yeo top-scored with 152 thanks to his 32 disposals and 14 marks. Matt Priddis also collected 32 disposals while Josh Kennedy booted six goals as both finished on 120 points.

This season Andrew Gaff is the top averaging player from the two WA clubs, returning 107.5 points per game from his 15 appearances. Luke Shuey (105), Yeo (102.2) and Lachie Neale (101.4) round out the players registering a triple-figure average.

When picking your Fantasy Match Day team for the 46th Derby, look at recent form before making your selections based on total season points.

Fremantle forward Michael Walters is enjoying his extra time up the ground to average 127.7 in the last three weeks.

His teammate Bradley Hill could be a great option to sit next to him in your Match Day forward line. The former Hawk is averaging 108.3 in his last three games.

Connor Blakely may have missed a game due to chasing some big waves a fortnight ago, but coming off 135 last week, he is worth considering as one of your midfielders over some of the big name stars.
