GEELONG has been forced to make a very late change against Port Adelaide after Tom Hawkins suffered back spasms in the warm-up.

George Horlin-Smith has come in as his replacement for the clash at Adelaide Oval.

Meanwhile, veteran forward Lindsay Thomas will make his club debut for the Power.

The 30-year-old is a late inclusion into the Power line-up replacing youngster Todd Marshall, who was ruled out with concussion suffered in last Sunday's loss to Essendon.

Thomas joined the Power through the rookie draft last year after kicking 325 goals in 205 games for North Melbourne.

The goalsneak has been in stellar form in the SANFL and will add another small forward option to the Power's attack.
