PORT Adelaide has wasted no time in moving on from former star Chad Wingard, handing his number to prized draftee Connor Rozee. 

Wingard was traded to Hawthorn in October, leaving a vacancy for the No.20 guernsey.

The Power selected Rozee with pick No.5 in the NAB AFL Draft, with the South Australian set to make his own mark on the jumper. 

Eleven new players were allocated numbers for next season with recruit Scott Lycett retaining No.29 from eight years at West Coast. 

Ex-Hawk Ryan Burton will wear No.3, while Sam Mayes will run around with No.34 on his back. 

First-round draftees Xavier Duursma (No.21) and Zak Butters (No.18) were given their numbers.

Boyd Woodcock has been allocated No.36, while brother of Collingwood star Brodie Grundy, Riley has been given No.41.
