SUMMARY
Aside from an 11-goal third quarter by the Swans against North Melbourne in round three, both teams have been a little below their best to start the season. Despite struggling for fluency, the premiers have cruised to a 4-1 mark and a win over the 2-3 Lions would entrench them in the top eight. Lewis Roberts-Thomson's knee injury is a blow, but they have the wood over their rivals, winning 13 of the past 16 contests. The pre-season premiers got some midfielders back in form during last week's victory over Melbourne, and with Pearce Hanley back from suspension, are capable of causing John Longmire's men a worry or two. Hard to see the home team getting rolled here though.
