The travelling Tiger entourage found a different form of transport on the way home from Sydney this week, after Chile’s volcano caused havoc at Melbourne Airport.
Instead of letting the time drag by on the 11-hour journey back to Tigerland, the players passed time by watching DVDs, playing cards, posting tweets and playing mini golf.
There were also plenty of rest stops along the way, and the Richmond fitness chiefs were on hand to attend to any sore bodies.
