HAWTHORN has delisted three players, including small forward Darren Minchington who it has farewelled for a second time.

Minchington, Jackson Ross and Will Golds have all not been offered contracts for the 2021 season.

For Minchington it puts yet another pause on a rollercoaster seven-season career.

After playing 28 games for St Kilda, the 26-year-old was snapped up by the Hawks ahead of 2019, only to be moved on at the end of the season without playing.

However, when Golds did his ACL in March, Minchington was re-signed as a rookie via the supplemental selection process.

He added a further four games to his career total.

Unfortunately, Golds never really got a run at it after rupturing his ACL for Box Hill against Casey.

Ross is another player to leave without getting a senior game after being taken with the 71st pick in the 2017 NAB AFL Draft.

The midfielder was part of the Hawks' 2018 VFL premiership.

The Hawks have now confirmed seven changes to their playing list for season 2021, with the retirements of Ben Stratton, Paul Puopolo, Ricky Henderson, and Conor Glass announced last month.
