CTV covered Friday's training session at Gosch's Paddock and spoke to a few Magpies after the hit out.
On training
Dale Thomas: "The boys trained well then and the spirits were high. Hopefully I have done enough. I have been copping a bit of a touch up."
Leon Davis: "The boys were working hard and we have the weekend off. We are going tonight to watch the game and hopefully take something out of it for next week."
Brent Macaffer: "Good weather for it. Bit longer and extended but a bit of fun out there as well. It's good to be in the squad of 30 and you never know what could happen with a few games to go."
Alex Fasolo: "It was a good week on the track."
Cameron Wood: "It was solid."
