Sunday's Carlton Mid Derby was the midfielder's first game back playing AFL after a knee reconstruction last season saw him sidelined for 12 months.
Freo fans are thrilled to see him back in the side and the 2008 NAB Rising Star will no doubt play a significant role in the teams efforts to defeat Brisbane at the Gabba this Saturday night.
