Peel Thunder Football Club has had a short but proud history and is situated in one of WA’s most dynamic football communities that has experienced unprecedented growth in participation.  Peel Thunder is looking for a dynamic, professional and experienced leader to join their team as Chief Executive Officer based at Bendigo Bank stadium Mandurah.

The West Australian Football League encapsulates the essence of Australian Rules Football and the games importance to the Australian Community.  Peel Thunder has been part of an enormous growth in participans of the Football Club, to ensure optimum performance commercially, financially and on the field along with a positive culture based on strong values. The CEO will also create an efficient, motivated, satisfied workforce ensuring a professional approach and unity of purpose.  The job encompasses duties outside normal business hours and the CEO is also expected to engage with and be part of the wider Mandurah business community. 

To be considered for this high profile role, you will have proven and demonstrable successful commercial experience managing a business at CEO or major divisional executive level with excellent public relations skills.  Your ability to project manage and balance numerous projects with responsibility for financial analysis, budget control and sound resource management is essential. Management of a high profile or sporting organisation will be well regarded.
