ASADA's Essendon player interviews are done and the players, as well as the rest of the club, now await the outcome of the investigation.

Bombers' skipper Jobe Watson said on Thursday that the final player interviews were completed on Monday.

"The investigation part is over for all players as far as I am aware," Watson told SEN 1116.

He added that there was a sombre and formal tone to the interviews.

"It was an investigation and a very serious one, so the tone was reflective of the seriousness.

"It was quite an experience. I'm 28 and there were guys who were 19, and none of us have had a police type scenario before," he said.

The Bombers have indicated they will be more forthcoming about the supplements scandal and what was discussed at their interviews when ASADA hands down its findings later this year.
