High level regional sports management opportunity
The North Ballarat Football Club is seeking an experienced sports management professional to head its football operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer you will be a key member of the clubs senior management team.
As the club meets its new challenges in the evolving Victorian Football League and the growth of the club more generally, the club is focussing on improving its competiveness both on and off the field.
As the leader of the football operations at the club you will also head up the club recruiting and list management programs, oversee all sporting activities of the club and provide strategic match day and general management support to the Head coach. A contemporary understanding of the game will also be highly regarded.
Experience at a high level of the game and a strong understanding of the football industry along with a level of marketing and sponsorship experience will be highly valued.
Tertiary qualifications in Sports and/or Business Management would be highly regarded.
