BROWNLOW medallist Chris Judd won't play against Greater Western Sydney on Saturday due to hamstring tightness.

Judd has been replaced by Troy Menzel in the Blues' line-up.

The club confirmed Judd had hamstring tightness that kept him from training on Friday.

Menzel comes in for his second AFL game after making his debut in round eight against Port Adelaide.

The Giants also made a late change, with ruckman Dean Brogan withdrawn after he failed to come up from a back complaint.

The veteran was replaced by former Blue Setanta O'hAilpin, who will play his second game against his old club.

The Giants named Jacob Townsend as their substitute, while Tom Bell will wear the green vest for Carlton.
