The Australian Football League (AFL) tonight inducted six greats into the Australian Football Hall of Fame, at its annual dinner held in Melbourne.

Former club captains Brad Johnson (Western Bulldogs), Warren Tredrea (Port Adelaide) and Anthony Koutoufides (Carlton) were inducted with their modern day contemporaries Andrew McLeod (Adelaide Crows) and Matthew Richardson (Richmond), and former Carlton and Perth captain Ern Henfry.

The Australian Football Hall of Fame was established in 1996 and serves to recognise players, coaches, umpires, administrators, and media representatives who have made an outstanding contribution to Australian football.

Ern Henfry –
