2011 members are reminded voting for the election of Directors will close at 7pm on Tuesday 13 December.
Current Board members Will Houghton QC and Julie Laycock are required to resign at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 December and have offered themselves for re-election.
In accordance with the club's Constitution, nominations were sought for the two (2) Director positions which will become vacant on the day of the Annual General Meeting. In response, complying nominations were received in respect of the following 2011 Voting Members (listed in alphabetical order):
1. Ms Caroline Carnegie;
2. Mr Will Houghton QC;
3. Ms Julie Laycock.
