But Dangerfield did not amass the highest points tally in round seven. That honour went to his teammate Tom Lynch, who bagged a career-high 10 goals. Lynch's effort equated to 36.6 ratings points.

Hawks forward Lance Franklin's three goals against the Sydney Swans on Saturday night has powered him back into the top 10, while Richmond spearhead Jack Riewoldt climbed from No. 54 to No. 43 after booting five majors in the win over Port Adelaide on Saturday.
Riewoldt is now in the top five forwards, having pushed out Carlton goalsneak Eddie Betts.
North Melbourne's Scott Thompson has gone from being the sixth-best defender to the fourth-best after a series of solid performances.
Collingwood forward Travis Cloke suffered the greatest fall of any player in the top 100. He plunged 15 places, mostly due to his inaccurate kicking.
He had five shots at goal for the day, all from set position, for which he was given positive points for winning the ball (+0.6, +0.4, +0.4, +0.4 and +0.3, totalling +5.1 points).
But he lost points for not kicking a goal (-1.8, -1.0, -2.0, -2.4, -1.1, totalling -8.3), and he finished the game on negative -3.8 points.
Gold Coast captain Gary Ablett remains the No. 1 rated player in the AFL. He has a total of 746.9 points, which puts him well clear of Sydney Swans midfielder Josh Kennedy, who has 631.8 points.
