THE BATTLE of the NAB League Girls’ two unbeaten sides, featuring a number of players sure to be on the radar of AFLW recruiters, highlights the week six schedule of matches.
Dandenong Stingrays and Eastern Ranges both have four wins from four starts and huge percentages after mostly dominant performances, and their clash at Linen House Oval in Seaford on Sunday is sure to be a great contest. The match, starting at 11.30am, will be live streamed free on the NAB League App.
Kicking off this weekend is a clash between two other strong sides right in the premiership mix, with the Western Jets (3-1) hosting Geelong Falcons (4-1) at Westbourne Grammar on Saturday morning.
Also on Saturday, Northern Knights will be looking for their first win when travel to Yarrawonga to take on Murray Bushrangers (2-3), while Greater Western Victoria Rebels (1-4) host Oakleigh Chargers in Ballarat, with that game to be live streamed on the Herald Sun website and app.
Rounding out the Saturday fixture is a clash between two finals aspirants, with the Calder Cannons (3-1) hosting Bendigo Pioneers (2-3) at Craigieburn.
The Stingrays-Ranges showdown on Sunday will be followed by the Gippsland Power (0-5) hosting the Sandringham Dragons (2-2) at Churchill.
