SOUTH Australia has emphatically beaten Vic Country in Saturday's NAB AFLW Under-18 Championships game.

India Rasheed kicked four goals as SA strolled to a big win, 17.12 (114) to Vic Country's 3.4 (22), at Adelaide Oval.

Sachi Syme ran all day, picking up a game-high 25 disposals and five marks, while Hannah Ewings and Georgia McKee each had 20 disposals and two goals.

South Australia's ability to play a neat possession game, calmly hitting up targets around the ground, set it up well for a damaging six-goal second quarter. At ground level, SA oozed composure, winning the ball and evading traffic to send them into attack.

They kicked 14 unanswered goals after Vic Country's Paige Scott kicked her side's third three minutes into the second quarter. Including Rasheed, SA enjoyed four multiple goalkickers on the day.

The South Australians were confident, happy to take long, booming shots at goal, resulting in both McKee and Rasheed dobbing goals from outside 50.

For Vic Country, Teagan Williams looked the most likely conduit to goal, kicking the first two for the day and expertly setting up the third. But the ball simply didn't make its way into her attacking half enough for her to take the game away from the home side.

Mackenzie Eardley worked hard in defence for the visitors, leading her side with 17 disposals, while Molly Walton laid a game-high eight tackles.
