MELBOURNE livewire Eden Zanker has overcome her quad injury and will play against Brisbane in Saturday's preliminary final at the MCG.

Coach Mick Stinear declared the midfielder ready to go in a club video, after Zanker missed round 10 with an injury and left the training track early on Monday night.

"Eden Zanker has progressed really well. She missed our round 10 game with a quad, but she's back in full training this week, and expecting her to hit the ground running on Saturday," Stinear said.

"Everyone else is ready to go, obviously there'll be a bit of pressure on for selection, but really pleased with the depth of our list and we've got a lot of players in good form."

Stinear said only first-year defender Maeve Chaplin (concussion) is unavailable for selection, as well as inactive Issy Simmons (foot).
