FORMER Carlton skipper Brianna Davey is now a Collingwood player with the two clubs completing a trade that saw six picks swap hands.

As reported on womens.afl, Collingwood handed over a first, second and third-round pick in return for the star onballer.

Fourth-round selections have also been exchanged, while Carlton has also traded its fifth-round pick to its cross-town rivals.

This means Carlton has obtained picks 2, 26, 44 and 59 from Collingwood as part of the deal.

The Blues already have picks 13, 36 and 52, while picks 67 and 82 now belong to the Magpies.

Davey requested a trade to the Pies just days after coming equal-first in the club best and fairest with Maddy Prespakis.

The 24-year-old has played 16 games for Carlton over three years, returning from a ruptured ACL to this year lead the Blues to a maiden Grand Final.
