ON TUESDAY, up to 102 players will join lists in the NAB AFLW Draft.

While a large number of state league and previously delisted AFLW players are expected to be drafted, especially with four new clubs joining the competition, there's always an enormous amount of interest in the top youngsters graduating from under-18 level.

Womens.afl spoke to eight different recruiters and club officials from around the country to get their take on some of the elite young talent set to find its way into the AFLW.

BRITNEY GUTKNECHT (Northern Knights, Vic Metro)
Midfielder, 168cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "Really good stoppage craft, with strong hands inside of packs. She kicks goals, which makes her a valuable midfielder and is really strong over the footy. I'd be surprised if she went outside the top 15 (Victorian picks)."

MIA KING (Launceston, Tasmania)
Midfielder, 166cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "Really strong at the contested ball, with excellent ball use. Been the standout player for the Eastern Allies for the last couple of years and should slot in well to an AFLW midfield."

GEMMA LAGIOIA (Oakleigh Chargers, Vic Metro)
Midfielder/forward, 160cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "A real improver throughout the year, showing that size is no issue with her lighter frame, think (Carlton's) Georgia Gee. Neat skills and a sharp little step that buys her time. VFLW (for Collingwood) really showed that she has what it takes."

"Almost identical to Gee as an 18-year-old, clean off ground, very elusive with a small frame."

LUCY McEVOY (Geelong Falcons, Vic Country)
Utility, 169cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "Incredibly versatile, powerful and can play across three zones. Finds the footy, uses it well, super-impressive kid as well. Could fit in anywhere."

"The general. Level-headed in person and on the field. Has played a mix of onball and defence which is where I think she settles to start off. Strong in the contest and good skills. She is an exciting prospect."

MONTANA McKINNON (South Adelaide, South Australia)
Ruck, 182cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "Montana's probably the best underage ruck prospect in the country. Her hands are just her best weapon, she led the SANFLW in contested marking this year. Reads the ball well and drops behind play. Captained the Central Allies team and has really matured over last 12 months."

SOPHIE MOLAN (GWV Rebels, Vic Country)
Midfielder, 174cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "Very consistent year, starred at the nationals and adapted to VFLW really well with the Dogs, including a good finals series. Good at stoppages, motors across the ground, accumulates the ball really well inside and outside."

NELL MORRIS-DALTON (Northern Knights, Vic Metro)
Key forward, 176cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "The soon-to-be Jonathan Brown of AFLW. A strong athlete that enjoys physicality and has also now proved with her testing that she is a strong athlete. Nell has some real spunk to her personality, which makes her fun to watch and hear from."

GABBY NEWTON (Northern Knights, Vic Metro)
Midfielder/forward, 175cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "A dual-sport athlete (basketball), which can be seen in her games. Good smarts and skills with an athletic build that stands out amongst her peers. Capable of multiple positions, adding to her appeal."

GEORGIA PATRIKIOS (Calder Cannons, Vic Metro)
Midfielder, 168cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "A long-mooted top-end selection that has proven this year she can play inside and outside. Clubs will like her speed and depth of kick, she looks like she has the tools to come in and impact."

"Efficient ball-user, probably got one of the best kicks in the draft, left and right side."

LILY POSTLETHWAITE (Maroochydore, Queensland)
Midfielder, 162cm, 17 years old

Recruiters say: "An athletic Brisbane academy player who performed well against the bigger players during the QW Winter Series. Strong, clean skills by both hand and foot."

ROXY ROUX (East Fremantle, Western Australia)
Forward/ruck, 170cm, 17 years old

Recruiters say: "An explosive forward with the ability to play ruck despite her height. Performed really well at the Combine and has the character for a long AFLW career."

SARAH SANSONETTI (Northern Knights, Vic Metro - pictured in main image above)
Defender, 172cm, 18 years old

Recruiters say: "Played for Darebin (in the VFLW) late in the year and took some really composed overhead marks. Good with ball in hand, she was solid at under-18 level but slotted in really well in the VFLW."

MIM STROM (South Fremantle, Western Australia)
Ruck, 182cm, 17 years old

Recruiters say: "Raw but developing ruck who already shown huge improvement this season, with good athletic traits for ruck. Has a few things to work on to have an immediate impact but look set for long career."

SERENE WATSON (Bond University, Queensland)
Defender, 174cm, 17 years old

Recruiters say: "Reads the play well, working off her opponent and joining in the attack. A young leader who's ready to have an impact in the AFLW. Two-time under-18 All Australian."
