GEELONG has recalled father-daughter defender Millie Brown from injury for Friday night's NAB AFL Women's clash with Richmond at GMHBA Stadium.

Brown has recovered from hamstring soreness that has kept her out since round one and will bolster the Cats' defence as both sides seek their first win of the season.

Senior Cat Rebecca Goring has also been reinstated after she was dropped earlier in the season with first-year pair Olivia Barber and Laura Gardiner dropped.

Richmond has made one change with Akec Makur Chuot back for the Tigers after being omitted in round three, replacing Sarah Sansonenetti who has been left out.

The Tigers remain winless in their opening 10 AFLW matches with Friday night's trip down the highway presenting their best chance of ending the unwanted streak.
