Montana Ham has claimed the 2025 NAB AFLW Goal of the Year for her incredible on-the-run finish in Round 5.
Ham edged out fellow Sydney Swan Chloe Molloy and Carlton’s Keeley Sherar to take home the honour at Monday night’s W Awards.
The former No.1 draft pick intercepted a Collingwood kick, burst down the field with a series of give-and-go handballs, and slotted the goal.
As the 2025 NAB AFLW Goal of the Year winner, Ham receives $50,000 thanks to NAB, which will also donate $10,000 to her community football club, Keilor FC.
NAB Chief Marketing Officer Natalie Lockwood said: “NAB is proud to celebrate another incredible year of women’s footy and to recognise Montana as the 2025 NAB AFLW Goal of the Year winner.
“This season has showcased some truly spectacular goals, and Montana's effort stands out as a worthy highlight.
“We’re also proud to acknowledge the vital role Keilor FC played in Montana's early development. To help nurture the next generation of talent, NAB is delighted to contribute $10,000 to support the club and its future stars."
Ham's goal was voted the overall winner by a combination of votes from the AFLW All Australian Panel and the public. Everyone who voted for their favourite goal also went into the running to win $5,000 thanks to NAB.
