Young gun Lani Cocks propelled Norwood into finals, and Polly Turner kicked three in North Adelaide's run to the post-season, while Western Bulldog Analea McKee showed off her skill in the VFLW.

Norwood 12.13 (85) def. Woodville-West Torrens 7.5 (47)
Norwood broke away after an early arm wrestle to record a strong win over its first finals opponent: minor premier Woodville-West Torrens.
Bottom-ager Lani Cocks was everywhere for Norwood, with a game-high 27 disposals to go with three goals and seven inside 50s. For the Eagles, draft prospect Lucy Morre (25 disposals, six clearances, nine tackles) worked hard, and bottom-ager Maia Freemantle (17 disposals, five clearances) continued her emergence.
Glenelg 4.6 (30) def. by Central District 6.9 (45)
Glenelg fell to Central District to finish out a disappointing home and away campaign.
Draft prospect Miyu Endersby was unstoppable in the ruck, with 54 hitouts and 15 disposals for Central District, while Georgie Fielder – also eligible for December's AFLW draft – had 14 disposals and five inside 50s for Glenelg.
North Adelaide 8.4 (52) def. Sturt 3.6 (24)
In another matchup set to repeat itself in week one of finals, North Adelaide did away with Sturt, widening the margin with the last two goals of the game.
Father-daughter prospect Polly Turner kicked three goals from 13 disposals in the Roosters' win, and draft hopeful Skout Young had 14 touches for Sturt.
West Adelaide 1.8 (14) def. by South Adelaide 9.4 (58)
Not even a big final round win could get reigning premier South Adelaide into the finals series.
Draft prospects Taya Maxwell (11 disposals, one goal) and Hope Taylor (eight disposals, one goal) had quieter days by their lofty standards, but still hit the scoreboard for South Adelaide.
It was another draft prospect – Emily Mableson – who was West Adelaide's best, with 32 disposals, five clearances, and nine tackles in the loss.
QAFLW
Broadbeach 1.3 (9) def. by Bond University 9.8 (62)
Bond University confirmed its home elimination final next week with a strong win over Broadbeach.
Kendra Blattman (four goals) was the architect up forward, supported well by Kierra Zerafa (two goals), while Gold Coast Academy product Annabel Foat led with 23 disposals.
Alicia Withers won 27 disposals for Broadbeach, and Isla Ratilainen was the sole goalkicker.
Coorparoo 5.7 (37) def. Wilston Grange 4.6 (30)
Coorparoo earned the week off with a tight win over Wilston Grange, as 2027 draft prospect Edie Fraser nabbed two important goals.
Zimmorlei Farquharson kicked three of Wilston Grange's four goals from 15 disposals.
Morningside 10.4 (64) def. University of Queensland 2.3 (15)
A pair of Lions Academy products were instrumental in Morningside's big win over University of Queensland on Saturday.
Stella Scott was everywhere with 26 disposals and five clearances, and Zoe Petrides proved dangerous close to goal, finishing on 23 disposals and three goals.
Former Lion Luka Yoshida-Martin (20 disposals, one goal) was among University of Queensland's best.

Southport made a huge statement on the eve of finals as it aims to complete a threepeat.
Former GWS player Caitlin Miller kicked five goals in the big win, and Tayla Christensen two, while seven other Sharks got in on the action. Stephanie O'Brien won a game-high 28 disposals, and Giselle Davies 26 to go with her 24 hitouts.
Arden Quilliam was Moreton Bay's leading possession getter with 23.
Aspley 11.11 (77) def. Maroochydore 3.1 (19)
Ella Smith had a day out for Aspley on Saturday, winning 47 disposals, 15 clearances, and 12 inside 50s, finishing her season in style.
Niamh McCarthy kicked four goals in the win, and Maddison Tallis kicked two.
Star Lions Academy product Molly Ferguson fought hard for Maroochydore, recording 29 disposals and laying seven tackles in her last QAFLW hitout before December's draft.
WAFLW
Swan Districts 5.4 (34) def. Claremont 4.9 (33)
Swan Districts won through to a Grand Final, narrowly defeating reigning premier Claremont.
Jaime Henry (23 disposals) and Jemma Sly (20) led the victors for touches, and former Fremantle forward Ashley Sharp kicked two goals. Draft prospects Grace Hirst and Summer Ajduk also hit the scoreboard, as did Chloe Reilly.
Bec Anderson kicked two goals for Claremont in the loss. The Royals will now face East Fremantle in a preliminary final next week.
East Fremantle 3.4 (22) def. South Fremantle 2.6 (18)
Former Docker Jae Flynn was immense in getting East Fremantle through to a preliminary final next week.
Flynn recorded 23 disposals, seven tackles, and a goal in the win, as former Eagle Mackenzie Webb finished with 18 disposals and four marks.
Shannyn Pomersbach and Kiana Lee were South Fremantle's goalkickers in the season-ending loss.
VFLW
Western Bulldogs 6.5 (41) def. by Port Melbourne 6.6 (42)
Despite boasting a stack of AFLW-listed players, not even a late surge could get the Bulldogs over the line against Port Melbourne on Saturday.
Analea McKee was the star for the Bulldogs, finishing with 30 disposals, 29 hitouts, and seven clearances, doing damage both in the air and on the deck and doing her changes of a senior call up no harm.
Draftee Mizuki Brothwell worked hard to record 16 disposals and six intercepts, while Lou Stephenson (nine disposals, 16 hitouts) was the backup ruck, and Ellie Gavalas (15 disposals, one goal) got dangerous as a small forward.
Co-captain De Berry had a quieter day, kicking one goal from her four touches, as she worked her way back from a knee concern.
Georgia Foran starred for Port Melbourne, with an equal-game high two goals, 18 disposals, and a game-leading eight intercepts, as Alex McBride-Loan also kicked two goals.
Sandringham 6.5 (41) def. by North Melbourne Werribee 12.7 (79)
Ava Seton's surge as the Kangaroos' leading ball winner continued on Saturday, with 22 disposals and eight tackles in her side's big win over Sandringham.
Alana Barba (21 disposals, seven clearances, one goal) played her usual impressive game through the middle, and Emily Hurley kicked three goals for the match.
Sandringham's side featured a quartet of non-selected AFLW Saints, including draftee Chelsea Sutton (13 disposals, five tackles), and Irish recruit Saoirse Lally (six disposals, four tackles).
Ruck Emmelie Fiedler recorded 17 hitouts, six tackles, and a goal, while defender Kyla Forbes finished with nine disposals and five intercepts.
Tasmania 7.4 (46) def. by Carlton 9.7 (61)
After a final quarter challenge from Tasmania, Carlton kicked the last two goals of the game to further secure a place in the VFLW finals with three rounds to play.
Draftee Lily Baxter kicked a goal from her seven disposals, as did Irishwoman Aisling Reidy from her 10 touches in the win.
Small defender Lou-Lou Field recorded six intercepts and 16 disposals for the game, while replacement signing Kiara Bischa had six touches and five intercepts from the backline.
Dearne Krushka was impressive for the Devils with 11 intercepts, trying to stem the flow of Carlton's attack, and Ava Read and Mackenzie Banks each kicked two goals.
Williamstown 11.7 (73) def. Essendon 1.2 (8)
Williamstown returned to the top of the ladder, led once again by a strong attacking performance from Mia Zielinski.
The recruit from Box Hill kicked another four goals from 13 disposals, while Gabriella De Angelis kicked three of her own, and Ellen Williams dominated through the middle with 26 disposals.
Once again, it was Bombers captain El Chaston leading their side with 20 disposals, and former St Kilda and Essendon AFLW midfielder Jacqui Vogt kicked the side's sole goal.
Darebin 3.5 (23) def. by Box Hill 6.6 (42)
Former West Coast midfielder Kayley Kavanagh was immense for Box Hill in a late season win over Darebin, with 25 disposals, 11 tackles and five clearances, while former St Kilda midfielder Hannah Stuart (20 disposals, six clearances) was also impressive.
Darebin ruck Shannon Egan had a day out despite the loss, with 44 hitouts.
