ROUND four’s AFLW clash between Brisbane and Greater Western Sydney will now start two hours later than previously scheduled, to avoid overlap between the Lions’ AFL final against Sydney.

 With the men’s game scheduled for Saturday, September 5 at 3.15pm AEST, the Lions women’s game scheduled for that day will now commence at 6.35pm rather than 4.35pm

The shift has been designed by the AFL to enable Lions fans to watch both games, with the AFL on Monday confirming there would be no impact on the Giants' travel arrangements.
