SYDNEY'S tall stocks are have been heavily hit ahead of the crosstown Derby, Daisy Pearce has lost patience with winless West Coast and Brisbane is set to regain an AFLW best and fairest.

North Melbourne has confirmed recruit Kristie-Lee Weston-Turner will make her club debut on Sunday, managing Jenna Bruton.

West Coast has made four unforced changes after a run of poor form. Beth Schilling will play her first game for the year, small forward Sienna Gerardi will debut, while Georgie Cleaver and Bella Shannon have been recalled.

Out of the side go Roxy Roux, Natasha Entwistle, Sanne Bakker and Ella Slocombe.

Geelong has dropped Nicola Stevens and Jas Stewart, with Zali Friswell (concussion) and Piper Dunlop (knee) returning from injury.

Opponent Adelaide is unchanged.

Brisbane has been boosted by the return of Ally Anderson after a month off with a hamstring injury, while Ruby Svarc (concussion), Marlo Graham (concussion) and last week's late withdrawal Eleanor Hartill have all been named.

Sydney has not finalised its team for Sunday's Derby against Greater Western Sydney, but will be without the injured Brenna Tarrant and suspended pair Ally Morphett and Lexi Hamilton. Lulu Pullar (shoulder), Lucy McEvoy (ankle) and Taylor Smith (wrist) are in the extended squad for now.

Collingwood has avoided injury top-ups, regaining Mattea Breed (appendix), and sore-shin pair Ash Centra and Jemma Rigoni, with youngsters Imogen Trengove, Charlotte Brewer and Georgia Knight all omitted.

Sarah Rowe (groin) has not recovered in time for Saturday's match against Gold Coast.

The Suns have dropped round two Rising Star nominee Alannah Welsh for tall forward Dekota Baron in a structural change to stretch the under-the-pump Pies.

The up-and-about Dogs have made one change, swapping Analee McKee in for her first game of the year in exchange for Keeley Hardingham.

Opponents Hawthorn has also made the one alteration, with Niamh Martin recalled for Greta Bodey (concussion).

Essendon has confirmed Sophie Alexander (back) will miss Sunday's match against Fremantle, potentially opening the door for Daria Bannister's first game of the season, having been sidelined by a knee issue.

The Dockers have not yet ruled out Mim Strom (shoulder, test).

Richmond co-captain Ellie McKenzie (arm) is likely to play her first game for the season on Sunday, with Montana McKinnon (ACL) also a chance to feature against St Kilda.
